pkaz is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. You must confirm your age during registration. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
Each player is allowed exactly one account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in all accounts being suspended. Registration information must be accurate and match your real identity.

pkaz reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during an account review. Documents typically requested include a valid CNIC, proof of address or payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documents in a timely manner may result in account suspension.
Each player is permitted to hold one account only. If you already have a pkaz account, you must not create a second one. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery option or contact support. Duplicate accounts — whether intentional or accidental — will be merged or closed, and any bonus balances associated with them will be removed.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. pkaz staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately so the account can be secured.
Your account is for personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or gift your account or any balance within it to another person. pkaz reserves the right to close accounts that show signs of being used by multiple individuals or operated commercially.
pkaz processes all transactions in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). There is no foreign currency conversion and no international processing fee charged by pkaz. Accepted deposit methods currently include:
The minimum single deposit amount is PKR 500. There is no upper limit imposed by pkaz, though your payment provider may apply its own limits. Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank's processing schedule.
You must only deposit using a payment method that belongs to you. Depositing using a payment method registered to another person is not permitted and may trigger an account review. pkaz is not liable for any delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. If that method is unavailable, pkaz support will work with you to arrange an alternative. All withdrawals are in PKR.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:
Most withdrawal requests during business hours are processed the same day. During peak periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to three business days. pkaz will notify you if there is a delay and explain the reason.
pkaz reserves the right to carry out additional checks before releasing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold. These checks are standard procedure and are not an indication that anything is wrong with your account.
pkaz offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins and reload bonuses. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are displayed on the relevant offer page. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless the individual promotion states otherwise.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier for each offer is stated clearly on the promotion page. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place a total of PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino, sports betting and other game types may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The contribution breakdown is listed in each promotion's terms.
All bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
pkaz monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming the same offer multiple times using different accounts, placing bets that cover multiple outcomes to clear wagering with minimal risk, or any strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have bonuses removed and may be permanently closed.
All games available on pkaz use certified random number generation or live dealers supplied by licensed game providers. Game outcomes are independent and cannot be influenced by pkaz or by the player. Results displayed on screen are final.
For sports betting, including Cricket, PSL, T20 matches, Football and Esports:
pkaz reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets resulting from an obvious pricing mistake or a technical fault. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account.

In circumstances where pkaz is at fault for a technical error that materially affected the outcome of a game or bet, our liability is limited to returning the original stake amount. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical fault are not payable.
pkaz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
Continued use of pkaz after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Any balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after standard withdrawal checks are completed.
